Publication of Draft Limerick City Council Public Parks Bye-Laws, 2010

Invitation for Submissions

Notice is hereby given that Limerick City Council, in exercise of its powers under Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, proposes to make new Bye-Laws for the regulation of Public Parks in
Limerick City .

A copy of the Draft Bye-laws are available for inspection during normal working hours from Monday 25^th January 2010 to Friday 26^th February 2010 at the following locations:

1) Limerick City Council's Parks Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Merchant's Quay

2) Watchouse Cross Library, Moyross and

3) The Granary Library, Michael Street 

The City Council will consider any submissions made in writing regarding the draft Bye-Laws.  All submissions should be sent to: the Senior Executive Officer, Environment Department, City Hall, Merchants Quay, Limerick, before Monday 8^th March 2010.

Copies are available for collection from the Environment Department on request and an electronic copy may also be viewed hereunder
